Keep getting Windows errors - not sure if it is a virus or what

I keep gettings windows errors.  And sometimes if I leave my computer for a while, when I come back it has the blue screen.  Would appreciate any help I can get.

i have used avast its good
avg is ok
but i would use microsoft . e . s its very good
