Need fre spyware/adware deleter

Hi. I really need a free spyware/adware program because it is really invading my computer, badly. I know about spysweeper and such but those cost money and I need one that is free. My mother/father will not pay because they have their own computer (which I'm not allowed to touch) so please, help!

    Firewalls
    Use both a hardware and software firewall.

    ZoneAlarm Free

    Removal tools

    Depending on your operating system, Microsoft AntiSpyware BETA is a very good program... Just mamke sure that your operating system is compatible with the software before downloading...

    In Internet Explorer, Tools, IE Options, Advanced, Uncheck:

    "Activate install on demand" [Other] , and, "Activate install on demand" [Internet Explorer]

    Other than that I use AdAware SE, SpyBot SD, SpywareBlaster, AVG Free Home Edition anti-virus, and have used Zone Alarm Free edition.

    I also use a combination of CCLeaner & EmpTemp to clean out junk files.

    I use Microsoft AntiSpyware, Its Really good and easy to use.

    I think its the best one out there.
