Dear sir, I am trying yo install IE7 on Windows vista home preminum but operating system is not supporting will you please guside me to to install IE 7

you need to provide more details. How are you trying to install it and EXACTLY what is happening?

Windows Vista comes with Internet Explorer 7, so you already have it.  So, why are you trying to install it?  Are you really trying to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8?
