I reinstalled my gateway computer now my drivers are not working when i try to download a cd  You can here the cd spinning but nothing shows up to load it I dont even have the picture of  drivers on my computer screen

What type of CD with drivers do you mean? Have you installed drivers before using the same cd after reformatting?
