If I'm wanting to check the computer activities of a certain family member, will inspecting the cache tell me what she has been up to? What does the cache hold? Can it be accessed? Is the information even readable to a non-tech-noob like me? Is there really any way to tell what a spouse has been "up to" without paying for a forensic analysis on the computer and without installing a cyber tracking/keylogging program?

(Please no responses on how I shouldn't have this issues with a spouse. We live in a day and age were a vow to be faithful means nothing sometimes, though I'm not quite sure it's gone that far yet.)

    Thanks,
    Mythran

I like the speech at the end...
" Anyone who goes to a psychiatrist should have his head examined. "

Well, you're one up on me. I really don't like anything about the post.
