I installed a new hard drive and somehow I ended up with a google toolbar.  It doesn' t show up in programs or under control panel to uninstall it there.  When I click on the toolbar the normal uninstall or help options aren't there.  This is driving me nuts!  I don't want it!  Also, could this cause me security problems from where ever this came from?  I've scanned with everything I've got and all seems well, Just was the blasted toolbar gone.

Thanks for your answers but doesn't help.  As I said, it doesn't show up under the control panel so I can't delete it the regular way.  I go under control panel, uninstall programs and it doesn't show up under the list.  Also, if I click on the google toolbar there is no option for help, or a wrench.  None of the normal things work.
