Sorry, I don't do tweaks for a price.
There are enough bistros and tweaks out the that you could try one a day and not be done in a year.
Maybe you should tell what you need. The small versions of Linux can be customized to a specific need. There are so many, hard to name a starting place.
      One of so many.

Linux Mint has certain fonts at the console/Bash as well as in the GUI. it also has a boot image and a LiveCD and install. Therefore it meets all the requirements you've mentioned.

I have created my own form of Knoppix to run Live-Distro for tools that I wanted on a bootable disk stand alone on its own OS independent of the users home computer for cleaning out viral junk and recovering data. Best part of this is that I can use the customers computer on the internet thru the browser on Knoppix to look up information as well when dealing with some new malware etc. With my additions to my flavor of Knoppix, it no longer fits on a 700MB CD as the original source, but instead fits on a DVD with a size of 1.4GB. There is lots of info out there on how to edit your own flavor of Knoppix and then create your own ISO of its original altered ISO image that you built from, without having to reinvent the wheel to create a true new distro starting with kernel on.
