Okay, let me start by saying I know absolutely NOTHING about computers (next to the VERY basic things). My problem is that my family's main computer's internet connection is working perfectly and it says that my laptop is also connection, yet when I look on the laptop itself, it says it is not connected and it won't let me connect to the main internet connection. I hope that makes sense; if more information is needed, please tell me. The laptop is a Toshiba but I'm not sure what the main desktop computer is.
