EASUS offers WinPE CD to customers.
This is not a recommendation. I have not bought the product. However, I have used a similar product they offer for free.

What is the WinPE?

Windows PE (Microsoft Windows Pre-installation Environment) is a minimal Windows system which provides limited services based on the Windows kernels. It also provides the minimal set of features required to run Windows Setup, access and install operating systems from the network, script basic repetitive tasks, and validate hardware.

Because WinPE does not require a hard drive to boot, and it can run solely from a CD drive using the memory for dynamic data, WinPE plays an important role for data recovery and system maintenance purposes.

The have a Linux CD that can do basic backup of a Windows OS as an image file. But that is not the same a s real WinPE boot CD; a WinPE can do windows utilities such as chkdsk and more

The new product is $59. Too much for me to pay..

The idea is nice, but $59 is really too much to pay, considering that WinPE is included in the free Vista Developer SDK.

Download the Windows SDK for Windows 7 and More
Or you might make your own PE CD using the Windows XP CD.
But it is not so easy as some say nit is.
