Win7 Enterprise
When I add a network printer, it gives me a list of suggested printers (about 20). I have more printers than these, and they are all on the same server. There is no apparent rhyme or reason to the list: they are not the most commonly installed or used printers, they are not the first 20 alphabetically, etc.
Is there a way to manage which of the network printers pop up in this list? I would like to manually assign the more commonly installed printers to appear on this list. Right now many of the printers on the list are seldom used, while some printers that nearly everyone will need to install do not appear.
Any ideas?
