It happens on my FF 5 version too. Probably the server is just busy or slow.

Same happens here with Firefox 6. Probably an error on their end or just a busy server. They'll fix it eventually.

I have been trying a couple of times a day, did just now, but still can't get it to load.
Glad you had success Jason, at least I know what it should look like!

I'd like to add that for me the new chrome-style addons page for FF hasn't ever worked.

After checking FF version, it was actually an updated version 6 and it still is loading fine for Add-ons page. Current Add-on extensions installed on my FF 6 browser are Pixlr and Form History Control only.

I found a suggestion on the Mozilla support site that worked for me. After you open the add-ons manager, if you continue to see "Loading...", click on "Extensions", then click back on "Get Add-ons", it should load fine, though it still took a minute to load for me, but it did load correctly.

This did the trick for me, as well, thanks.

That would be google's fault...not FireFox.
