You did not say which version of Turbo C you are trying to run. If you mean the Borland Turbo C for MS-DOS, now released as freeware, this will not run on 64-bit Windows 7 but you can run it in an MS-DOS emulator such as DOSBox.
Get ready made Turbo C++ 3.0 plus DOSBox installer (zip file) here
http://www.mediafire.com/?j6xa8is36x58rp3Runs fine on my Windows 7 64-bit Professional, and here's a screen shot to prove it... the IDE works, the program compiles and runs in DOSBox. You can edit the DOSBox conf file to get different display options (full screen, window, etc) and many config options.
It might be appropriate to mention that although DOSBox is freeware, and many Borland products have been released as freeware by Borland and their successors, this does not apply to every old MS-DOS program, in particular Microsoft products - programming languages, versions of MS-DOS, etc, which are still copyright products and not "abandonware".
