How can I remove my postings from Internet?

Some of my postings to a special interest group were added by the website owner to the group's website, and can be located by Google search.  Although the owner has now removed them from the site, they can still be found through Google.  Is there any way I can get these removed from the Internet?

Most likely Google's cache. Contact Google?

I HAVE seen some posts from Jane Doe!!!! I hope you can get them removed somehow.
