Wondershare Video Converter Registration

My friend brought me a computer asking how to remove a Cracked version of wondershare video converter that hes friend put on hes computer, because he has bought it and wants to install it. he said that he tried unistalling it and installing it again so he can put hes information in it (email & registration code) but it still shows the those of the cracked version. My question is how do i remove this fake email and reg code. ive tried uninstalling it and cleaning the reg but after all that its still there. its really frustrating.
