Thanks for all the extra posts, I actually decided to just keep a large page file like Windows suggested, I'm not an expert on Virtual Memory but I do know that it's not as simple as "using slower memory types to save RAM" so that's why I started this thread because googling the idea of removing the page file as someone suggested to me gave me a huge bunch of mixed opinions that TBH didn't sound very knowledgeable or sensible. So I'm satisfied in hearing from others what I originally suspected but with confidence.
