Changing Files from an     INK.   f

I  have several files saved as  a     INK. file .   Does  anyone know how i can change these files  so i can open them?  My computer doesn't seem to be able to open  an  INK.  file.

Actually, those are probably LNK files and they are shortcuts to programs. If they will not open the file, the file has been either deleted or on a C.D, or another drive.  :)
