Cant run a bat file from another bat file

IM new here so sorry if i posted in the wrong section.
Im was compacting some games to save space on my PC and i used win uha and i used a batch file to decompress them.
So i have some compresed files on another folder that need to be decompresed with the game files,but i dont want to go on that folder and double click it
In the bat file i tried to execute the other bat file but it wont work.The bat file window opens but it wont decompress the files.
IT says Error:can't open archive file process aborted.
But when i double click the other bat file it works great.
 I tried the call and start comand by the way
