multimedia keyboard blues
« on: September 28, 2005, 04:07:02 PM »
I wonder if anyone can help me? I bought a Genius KB-21e keyboard and although I've  installed it, the internet, office and  multimedia keys won't work.  I thought there might be a problem with the driver software CD, so I downloaded a driver from the maker's site.     Now I've got a file in Applications saying it's the driver, but still nothing happens.   What should I do next?  I'm on a home PC with ME

Any ideas welcome!

Are the drivers compatible with ME?

Good morning!  Yes the drivers are compatible with ME.  When I loaded the software from the CD. it seemed that only the manual arrived on my C drive,  so I downloaded a driver from maker's site. which I can see in Programs. but I can't access it, do you know if it should "work" from there?
