Am still struggeling with this issue... I have tried everything.. Actually the info you gave me about transferring the contacts doesn't work now, that was old info according to a tech friend of mine. Anyway, I did manage to open a hot mail account for her but the problem still exists, so obviously it was not the sign in-addy.. I guess I could try to install tne 2009 version, that is the only other thing I haven't tried..
