    Kaspersky "red"

    I got my Kaspersky anti-virus at best buy..it was suppost to auto-renew,it still shows red and saying "expired".When I contacted best buy they said it could take up to 24 hours to go through. Assuming thats true am I still protected even if Kaspersky is red?
