     starting with Create Mail has disappeared from across the top, just below File, Edit, View, Tools Message, Help. How to I reinstall it?  Any help vastly appreciated!

        Found the solution if anyone wants to know - just right click on Tools, and Toolbars shows up with a box to check mark, and there she goes.  Ma Necessity got me invention!
