search bars

I have 4 bars at the top of my pc. Isn't that too many ? Don't they slow down startup ? how do i deal with this ?
I have windows 7  & use dial up ( which is slow enough )

What bars to you have at the top of your pc? Do you mean your browser?

Ok,here goes ;
 1.Top bar says post reply - Windows Internet Explorer
2.Computer hope address, bing bar
3.File, Edit,View, etc.
4.Favorites, post reply

If these toolbars are in Internet Explorer, click on VIEW - TOOLBARS and uncheck whatever you like.
