What were you doing when this or these crash(es) happened?
Is this the first time this has popped up or is it reoccurring?
If it is reoccurring, is there a specific action that causes it to happen or is it a random crash?

What make/model is the computer if one that was bought as a complete system -or- what are the system specs of the system if it is one that was built by yourself or someone else as a non-name brand system?

Hardware specs show that this is an older computer. Have you confirmed that the system is not overheating etc, that is, the heatsinks are clean of any dust/hair deposits and all fans are spinning properly? I have seen systems that are running hot reach their thermal limit and cause the system to crash before.

Also, have you checked to make sure all drivers being used are the latest such as Video Card, and motherboard components etc?
