That looks like a total scam. Recovery disks are used to restore a PC back to factory condition therefore the only disc that would be available for that PC would be Windows XP, that site lists Windows 7, 8.1.etc despite the fact that the machine is far too old to have come with them new. Stay away and certainly don't even think about giving that site any money.
