Hard drive space disapearing

Any free space on my computer suddenly disappears. I've deleted files and cleared up a gig and it was gone in a minute. I have no idea where any of my data is going and I've ran several Adware, and Malware scans. I'm currently in the process of Disk Cleanup, but I'm afraid that any space that clears will disappear like all the other memory.

1) Please run full system scans with both your anti virus app and with MalwareBytes

2) Download, install and run TreeSize to see where the space is being used (http://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free/)
