display goes off and PC stuck
    « on: November 15, 2014, 06:41:11 AM »
    Hi guys,
I just ran into a problem. I have windows 8.1 and foxconn g31 mb. The PC was working well but suddenly there were lines forming on the screen. Different colors like there's some video driver error. But the PC too is stuck and I had to manual restart. Now,the monitor brightness goes on and low and high and the screen freezes regularly along with PC.

MBoard is goin bad then...FoxConn aren't real good quality wise...
      How old is it ?

P.S....if it has a slot adding a vid card is a cheaper solution...

Yes It has a VGA card slot.
FYI, I bought this MB from a Sale. Even if I put in the VGA card, would the MB go making up problems?
