merge profiles in Outlook 2010

Hello, is there a way to merge profiles in Outlook 2010? The user had a problem a couple of months ago and someone created a second profile for her. It is a little strange as one profile works at home and one works in the office. She is getting a new computer and wants to have just one profile.

Windows 7 Enterprise
Thinkpad T440, 8gb ram
Outlook 2010

Everything is updated and patched.

If it is something that has to be done on the exchange server, that is fine. I can pass this one on to the server techs.
