I am trying to restore some files off of a Iomega 1-step backup program and keep getting on ALL of the files a message in the message log saying "file will be skipped (code 1004)" Iomega tech support has basically given up, and reffered me to there data recovery department! Has anyone got any info or idea's on what this code means, or how to actually recover these VERY important files!!!
