    windows update

     >:(  I am on Windows 7 64 bit desktop computer.  Windows updates will not download.  What can I do for this?

      Hello,

      What error do you receive ?  Is it stuck at zero Percent ?

        For how long?

        Some times it may show zero percent for a longer than usual period of time?

        What speed is you internet?

        How many people are using the internet while you are doing the updates?
