My LCD Monitor just recently started to display a very hazy dull picture with faint horizontal dark lines running through the picture. I also tried my old regular monitor, but this too had the same problem. I'm now thinking this is a hardware problem or graphics card problem. Anyone know how to troublshoot this problem to determine a fix? Open for suggestions.
