Graphic card help

I really hope someone can help me out here before i spend my money. I dont know much.. if anything about specs, so i am hoping someone else does. Can you tell me wich is the better graphics card out of these two (links below) and on a scale, how much better would you say, abit better, quite a bit Better, or alot better, or are they just as good as each other.
