Is there an easy way to move files and folder from a Win7 machine to a Win10 machine?  What about individual programs (antivirus)?

You can move files...you cannot move programs...they will need to be re-installed.

You can transfer your files, folders using a USB or CD or CDR. Windows 10 comes with its own AV called Windows Defender.
