    Preparing Windows
    « on: February 09, 2020, 04:24:13 AM »
I use Windows 10 Pro - 64 bits and I have the following problem: the welcome screen changes the expression "Welcome" to "Preparing Windows", then, after a long time, my desktop appears totally uncharacterized as if it were your first use, even without normal access to the Documents, Images, etc. folders. The problem returned almost always, so I formatted the HD and reinstalled Windows 10. After two weeks of normal use, to my surprise, the problem reappeared. Any solution?

    Hi
If you run speccy from here  https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy
    Run the program
    Go file publish report
And then copy the link to the report in your next post
I suspect you have a problem with your Hard drive which the speccy report will show

      You may wanna try this:

      • Boot you windows in Safe Mode and see if you are still facing this issue.
      • Now go to Run Command
      • A dialog box will open type “msconfig”
      • Locate and select the Boot tab and select Safe with Minimal as option.
      • Restart Computer
