Windows Media player has sound - no pictures

[size=14]I just formatted my computer and reloaded Windows XP Pro.  When I play a downloaded movie it plays the movie sound but I only get the windows media player graphic design, no movie picture.   How do I get it back?

      I might help... Before you formated and reinstalled Windows XP Pro.. your computer had a codec.. and after you formated the computer.. it got lost... here is a link for the codec its for free.. and it will work... http://download.betanews.com/download/1080441198/klmcodec151.exe After you install it should work.. Glad i could help....

      You'll need more than one extra codec!
      Theoricas The-Codecs contains just about every codec you'll ever need. The package is free and virus/malware free.
