Try going to Edit > Preferences > Advance > Encryption tab. Click View Certificates > Servers. Click Add, then try to add that site. See if it wont issue a certificate error.

As far as uninstalling & re-installing is concerned, that's a NO JOKE with plenty of Extensions already queued up in the existing version!

Guys..couldn't we get anything SIGNIFICANT with the "Error Code", Just check out this attached file ..again!

At the risk of repeating myself ... again! ... there is something wrong with the Firefox installation.  If you can't be bothered to reinstall, try a different browser.  And if you don't like the advice you're receiving here, there are many other places where volunteers will be willing to advise.  But I suspect you will get the same advice there.

Since this is likely to be a Firefox-specific problem - maybe a known bug - you could try over at the Mozilla forums for some specialist advice.

Note that you SHOULD be seeing that "error code", whether Firefox is working or not.  The problem is that Firefox is not offering any options.

What do you think we should be able to do? Fix it from here? As kPac said, we already KNOW what the error is, the trick is finding out WHY your getting that alert, rather then the default page.

Exactly. Have you tried FF safe mode? Or are you going to continue pestering for end-all-be all solutions that we cannot provide?

There is something your obviously not understanding here.

The dialog should NOT appear for google at all, since it doesn't use https.

I'm sure that it's one of your extensions/add-ons.

Iam now able to navigate to the same & KUDOS to JerryHeavyarms for an exact reply I was looking for!

I have manually added an exception to https://mail.nic.in via the method told by him & now it goes as smooth as Ferrari to its intended destination!
