What else is new? McAfee screws up every day by staying in business! It's a wonder they haven't been sued by now for false advertising and worthless software!

Yeah. When I first had McAfee Firewall on my old computer, I got tired of it not doing anything so I removed it, and afetr that I couldn't get on the internet, and nobody could fix it, so I had to reformat lol

That's one big oops! I wonder if and when the writs will start flying.

Chris, what benefits do you think you're getting by running the XP firewall with a hardware firewall?

The Windows firewall does nothing that your hardware firewall doesn't already do so in effect, there is no extra security.
I would advise using Kerio, Sygate or another well thought of application and dumping the Windows ICS/Firewall service. Search these forums for best version info regarding the two I've named.
