I had my desktop hjacked by an adware file. I ran the noadware scan and removed the file, however I still can't get a normal backgroud picture. Any Ideas?

When I look at the properties of desk top background, it lists this (file://C:\WINDOWS\warnhp.html) It keeps the background from showing up as it is completely white. when I shut down, right before it shuts down the corect background shows up for a second, so it is there, just underneath the file's screen. Also when I search for this file, it says it does not exist.
I would gladly accept any suggestions.
