my cd/dvd burner

Hello everytime i put something in the burn list it says something like
"windows has encountered a problem trying to copy this file would u like to retry?" its making me mad and i dont know what to do

Did it used to work correctly? If so, what has changed? What ,malware protection is being used regularly? Are you the only one with access to this machine/

does it do it with EVERY file? and by u saying "burn list", im guessing u are using windows media player 10. correct?
