My computer was on (I'd left the room). When I returned, it said that an "error" occurred, and that I should restart. But when I tried to restart, it said "disk read error, press cntl+alt+del to restart" and only gets to this point each time. When I tell it to boot in safe mode, it accepts the command, but then just goes to blackscreen and hangs up there. Any clues?
