bios update??

 i got the PhoenixBIOS 4.0 Release 6.0 , i would like to know where i can get the update , cause im having some problems trying to figure out how to enable acpi , i try to look for it on the bios menu , but theres no option for this , since i cant even find the manual for this thing minus well try to update it- :-?

please help me out , cause i dont eant to buy another motherboard

Who makes the motherboard? A lot times you can get a BIOS flash from the website, but BEWARE, if the bios is not the problem...... it might be if you flash it. Not all bios flashes are necasary (? spelling?) So if you do flash, and can't revert you might have to get a new mobo anyway.
