power supply problems

i am having problems with a new power supply. I plugged everything in and all is working fine, except i cant get any kind of video output. any ideas what could br wrong with it?

Double check that all of your connections & cards are correct & securely plugged in.
Make sure your voltage selector switch is in the correct position for your local supply.
Shut down the computer, switch off the wall socket & remove the plug from the wall.
Plug back in, switch on supply & re-boot the computer.
