That's not very nice... just because AOL isn't the best ISP out there does't mean that we should impose our opinions on -- oh, crap, now I'm sounding like my liberal teacher. 
I see absolutely nothing wrong with weaning people off of AOL....
After all we are a Help Forum aren't we ? ?
The same goes for Symantec.
