and *censored* is "Dress Me Up And Call Me Sally" anyways? some 3D porn game or something? :P

Its sarcasm... he was implementing the legendary homosexual'ness of prison inmates. He was inferring that if said person was pirating games that they would go to jail where the inmates would play a game called "Dress him up and call him sally"... as in making him take on the female part in a normal relationship.

Hope your getting the drift now.
