On start up a error loading message appears C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\MWSBAR.DLL can anyone help me fix this please

You should scan for spyware and viruses.

I did have My Web Search Bar installed but i uninstalled it.

Get CCleaner and scan your system with it.  Might help; might not, but worth a try and CCleaner is a good tool for disk cleanup and some registry cleaning.

Spybot Search and Destroy will get rid of it as well.

Grab the updates before you run it.

If the error message persists DLoad and run HijackThis and post your logfile here...
