Need help with booting

Ok this is wat ive tryed, Shuting down restarting all with cd in ive doble checked the Bios to see if i had mistaken but everything is in order is set to boot from cd, the problem im getting is that it doesnt show the Press any key to boot from cd screen but when the computer is up and running it does read the cd normaly  :-/

Remove the HDD from the boot list, add only the CD-ROM.

Nothing im about to cry i need to boot my pc, the only thing in the Bios that is bootable now is the cd cause ive disable the rest and still it doesnt boot with cd it goes straight  to windows log in i formated my other pc but this one doesnt want to  :-/

When you change the boot order in bios are you 100% sure you are saving the changes properly?
Bios can be a little tricky like that.

If you have two comps handy I would definately try swapping out the cd-roms just to rule that out...
