everytime I try to log in to yahoo.I get a pop-up saying my username and password is incorrect,try again. I been usinameg the same user name and pass word for  years.If I change my name and password willI loose everything that I have save

Can't you request your password by using an automated service? A lot of E-mail providers have these..
