What web browser are you using?  What's your OS?  If Win XP, do you have Service Pack 2 installed?

Yahoo isn't a web browser; it's a website.  What web browser are you using?

If you have Win XP, right click on My Computer and select Properties.  The General tab will show Service Pack 2 if it's installed.

A web browser is the software you use to view web pages.  This includes Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Netscape, etc.

"service pack 4".  So, Win 2000 is your OS, right?

He had another issue.  We'll see whether he wants to pursue that further.

How did this get in web design? I'd move it, but we already have the same posts elsewhere. Do we want to lock a few of these?
