Hi, I went back to the puter store and they told me to change the resolution as well. I check where it should be in settings and I do not have that option. There is another option for pixels or somthing but I does'nt fix it. I think it may be different as it is Windows 98. I also tried to run that program to show what kind of hardware I have and it did not work. The puter did not know which program to use to show the result and I dont know either. I think it may be the video driver's like one of you said. And to top it all off it now has a virus!!
Oh well I will just take it back to them or I might try somewhere else that would do a better job. Thanks again people!
