well i alredy have ccleaner and adaware and i run them quite frequently. I was unable to find the others. I was told that my anitvirus program has that all included. Aparently pc-cillin was the best on the market at the moment. But other wise i ran the programs you said and still the problem remains. I have tried many things just like the things that people are suggesting. I thank you all for your help but i think we are missing something. I dont surf the net or download much. I am very certain of that. This is a new computer which i am yet to put on a downloading program.I hardly think this is a virus.
    any other ideas?

Being a new computer you should return it to the shop & give them the problem.

Have you been playing in the bios settings?
