Is It MS or Is It A Problem?

New file appeared on my C drive dated 11/18/06 named c871c30b3ce22e8f4c with a text file inside msxml4-KB927978-enu.  Is this MS or a problem?

Text words include... Microsoft, windows, system 32, config, change, delete, remove existing.

Dell Dimension 4600.  XP Home.  SP2.  IE 6.0.  Outlook 2002.

Ima non-techno.  Way outta my league being here.  Apologize if wrong post.  I'll grab Toto & return to KS.
